Im doin some major changes to the server tonight.
i'll be adding a new mutator which will do a bunch of things.
1. there will be a few new weapons which all kick ass. they are from different clans and servers so, thanx to them for making awsome weapons.
2.the translocator will be different. the launching speed will be the same, but instead of a disc it will now launch a spider that sticks to anything and explodes if you left click twice.
3. it comes with matrix moves which you have to set yourself in your settings. i havent played with that one yet so you know as much about it as i do.
4. there will be a slew of new announcments for headshots , taking over the lead and stuff like that.
5.alot of the new weapons are capable of being dual if you pick up 2 of them.
6. im going to try and add a new set of relics also, but sometimes they dont like to work with each other.
7. im going to get rid of the RPG thing for now just to see how it goes. with all the new server settings that come with this mutator, im not sure if they will even work together.
I was playing with this stuff last night on instant action and it was a blast. so i think this may be a great addition to the server.
i hope everyone comes in to check it out and let me know what you think.

Adds the famous relics to your game. The relics will move around the map and you
will be able to pick up one of them that will give you special powers. If you ride
a vehicle, the relic won't work properly.
Remember to assign a button for tossing relics.
Read the DefHeavenOfRelics.ini file for a description of the configuration file.
There are 20 relics:
- Relic of Strength (punch):
1.75 x the damage you do. If you pick up a Damage Amplifier, the UDamage's
time will be reduced by half.
* Classic Relic of Strength:
2 x the damage that you do. You can't pick up Damage Amplifiers.
- Relic of Defense (shield):
0.625 x the damage you take. If you have more than 100 points of life, the
health will decrease by 10 points each 2 seconds. If you have more than 0
points of shield, the shield will decrease by 10 points each 2 seconds.
* Classic Relic of Defense:
0.4 x the damage you take. You can't pick up Shield Packs and Keg O' Healths.
- Relic of Health (cross):
If you have less than 100 points of life, your health will increase by 5
points each 1.2 seconds.
* Classic Relic of Regeneration:
If you have less than 150 points of life, your health will increase by 10
points each 2 seconds.
- Relic of Haste (runner):
1.5 x your Ground Speed, Water Speed, Air Speed and Ladder Speed. If you have
a flag or bomb, the relic will auto-destroy after a random time, and if you
toss the relic, you will drop the flag or bomb.
* Classic Relic of Speed:
1.4 x your Ground Speed, Water Speed, Air Speed, Ladder Speed, Acceleration
and Air Control. 1.1 x your Jump Power.
- Relic of Redemption (saint):
If you die, you are teleported away from battle with your weapons intact and
health restored, and if you have a flag or bomb, you will drop it. If you
suicide, the relic won't work.
* Classic Relic of Redemption:
If you die, you are moved somewhere with your weapons intact and health
restored, and if you have a flag or bomb, you will drop it.
- Relic of Vengeance (skull):
1.5 seconds after your death, this relic will hurt anyone (-200 points of
life) within an area radius of 1500 units. If you suicide, the relic won't
work.
* Classic Relic of Vengeance:
1.5 seconds after your death, this relic will hurt anyone (-1000 points of
life) within an area radius of 2000 units.
- Relic of Adrenaline (pill):
Your adrenaline counter increases by 5 points each 3 seconds.
- Relic of Agility (wing):
2.5 x your Jump Power. 2 x your Air Control. 1.25 x your Max Fall Speed.
- Relic of Ammo (bullets):
The ammo counter of the weapon you carry increases by 5% of Max Ammo each 3
seconds.
- Relic of Disability (elder):
If you hurt anyone, 0.5 x his/her Ground Speed, Water Speed, Air Speed,
Ladder Speed and Jump Power for 2 seconds.
- Relic of Guns (pistol):
2 x your Fire Speed.
- Relic of Equilibrium (balance):
If you get hurt, the damage will be distributed among anyone within an area
radius of 300 units. The relic doesn't kill teammates.
- Relic of Infancy (baby):
0.5 x your Width and Height. 0.8 x your Ground Speed, Water Speed, Air Speed,
Ladder Speed and Jump Power. You can't crouch.
- Relic of Invisibility (ghost):
Makes you invisible. If you fire a weapon, will make you visible for 2.5
seconds. If you change your weapon, will make you visible for 1 second.
- Relic of Momentum (arrow):
If you hurt anyone, 1000 x the momentum of damage.
- Relic of Radiation (helix):
Hurts anyone (-40 points of life) within an area radius of 400 units each 1.5
seconds. Damage lowers with distance.
- Relic of Translocation (vanishing person):
If you hurt anyone within an area radius of 5000 units, your location is
exchanged with his/her location, and if you have a flag or bomb, the relic
will auto-destroy.
- Relic of Vampire (bat):
If you have less than 100 points of life and you hurt anyone, your health
will increase by the damage amount. If you hurt yourself, the relic won't
work.
- Evil Relic (random symbol):
This relic will auto-destroy after 30 seconds. If you survive, you will be
rewarded with a Reward (if enabled). It gives you a random effect like:
• 0.25 x the damage you do.
• 4 x the damage you take.
• Your health decreases by 20 points each 4 seconds.
• Sets your health to 1.
• 10 x your Jump Power, 0.1 x your Air Speed and 0.01 x your Max Fall Speed.
- Mutant Relic (mutant god):
You become the Mutant (Mutant Gametype). Sets your health to 150 and adds 100
points to your shield. 1.5 x your Ground Speed, Water Speed, Air Speed, Air
Control, Jump Power and Fire Speed. Your health decreases by 3 points each 1
second. If you have a flag or bomb, your health will decrease by 10 points
each 1 second. Gives you 7 weapons, gives you 999 points of ammo for each
weapon you carry and makes you invisible.
While you don't have a relic, you can win Rewards when you kill someone who has a
relic. Rewards give you health, shield or adrenaline.
